• SAFETY POLICY

Because we recognise the crucial importance of Safety and safe working habits in protecting human and material assets, and as a result of the increasing emphasis on safety at the petrochemical plants in the country, we have established Safety as a separate function, with a highly trained and skilled person, responsible for its management.

It is our policy to ensure that every one of our employees is fully aware of the safety requirements of his job, and that he practices safe working habits. Currently, all Cudjoe Construction employees receive safety awareness training during their orientation. Safety equipment including hats, shoes, glasses, and coveralls with the company’s logo are provided to all employees.

We have developed and implemented an ongoing Safety Awareness Programme and an appropriate Accident Reporting and Management System. Regular safety talks and briefings are held with all employees on all jobsites, and annual medical examinations and random drug testing are conducted for all employees.
